Who are you?

Bedframesuk.co.uk is a trading company of Loungearound beds and suites. A family run business that has been trading since 2000. We aim to offer exceptional customer service and good value for money! Please feel free to contact us if you have a question that is not answered below.

Is everything on your website available to view in your showrooms?

There are so many different items of furniture on this website that it is impossible to display even half of these. The most popular items are on display at our showrooms - please call us and we will let you know if we have the item for you to view. We have numerous items from all listed manufacturers in our showrooms so even if we don't have the exact one you're looking for, you can gauge the quality of their furniture by visiting us.

Can the goods be collected?

Yes you can collect your goods from either showroom. Please let us know at the time of your order so that we can have the goods delivered to the correct warehouse

How do I place an order?

Order online by using the online secure payment system and Paypal or call us on 01202 720 777 with the name of the product you would like to order, along with any further information that may be required such as colour, size,qty. We will then confirm the price and delivery time with you. Once you are happy with your order we can arrange payment by card over the telephone or by cheque in the post. Within a few days (or with your delivery, whichever is soonest) you will receive your order confirmation and payment receipt in the post.

Do the indicated prices include delivery and VAT?

Yes all our products include VAT at the standard rate and delivery is included in the price

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of AMEX and Diners. We also accept cheques posted or brought to us, please allow up to 7 working days for the cheque to clear before any deliveries can be dispatched

How can I check on the progress of my order?

You may check on your order progress by calling us on 01202 720 777 and quoting your invoice number or name and item ordered.

How long will I have to wait before I receive my goods?

We do our best to dispatch goods as soon as possible - we want your order to be concluded as quickly as you do! When you call to put through an order, you will be given an approximate delivery time - this can vary from next day delivery to 6 weeks depending on if the item is held in stock or if it needs to be ordered from the manufacturer.

What if I need my goods faster?

Please call us - we will do what we can to get your order to you when you want it. We will advise you if this is possible when we know what products you need and where they are to be delivered to.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all addresses within the UK mainland excluding certain areas in the Highlands of Scotland.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00. Saturday deliveries are available upon request at extra charge - please let us know when ordering.

What if I purchase a product and it does not fit in my room?

Please make sure that the item you are about to order will fit through doors, up stairways and into the room you require before ordering. If your item does not fit, we cannot accept returns.

What warranty do your products have?

All products sold by us come with at least a one year warranty. Certain items come with a longer warranty, depending on the manufacturer.

What happens if my furniture is missing a part or damaged?

We take great care to ensure your goods reach you in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item or a part/box is missing, please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to rectify the problem. We will replace items as soon as humanly possible. However, please note that if the item is out of stock a new one will have to be ordered from the manufacturer. In some cases this can take up to 6 weeks but rest assured that in all cases we do our very best to minimise your waiting time.
